Camouflage Bedding Shop's standard shipping method is via UPS (United Parcel Service). Standard shipping rates apply to locations within the contiguous U.S. (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). You must provide a valid street address at the time of your order, UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. Shipping is calculated at checkout with real time UPS rates. Below is a UPS Map of ground shipping times:
Deliveries that do not require a signature may be left in a safe place, out of sight and out of the weather, at the UPS driver's discretion. This could include the front porch side door, back porch or garage area. If deliveries require special delivery instructions they must be noted at the time of the order.
ORDER TRACKING
Generally, your order will be processed and shipped within 2-15 business days. Occasionally, due to back-orders or other unforeseen circumstances, it may take longer, in which case we will notify you. Once your order is en route, you will be able to track it with the tracking number we provide you. Please email us at customerservice@camouflagebeddingshop.com or call us at 1-888-879-6920 with your invoice number and we will respond promptly with the most up-to-date information.
WHEN YOUR MERCHANDISE ARRIVES
Please be prepared to inspect your order when it arrives. Check the bill of landing and verify that the quantity of packages delivered with what the bill of landing indicates left the factory. Please do not sign the bill of landing until you are reasonably sure the merchandise has been delivered in good condition. If you should discover damage, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately, 1-888-879-6920 or email us at customerservice@camouflagebeddingshop.com. You must sign the bill of landing with a note describing the damage you see. Although damage claims are rare, they can happen and your products are fully insured against freight damage.
ADDRESS CHANGE POLICY
There is a $10.00 charge for address changes on packages that need to be re-routed during delivery due to an incorrect address you had entered during checkout. You must contact us within 24 hours of your order so that we can work with our vendors to make this change; however, if it is not possible, we will notify you and we will not charge this fee. Please be sure that you enter the correct shipping address during checkout.
