What is the status of my order?
Your order status will be available 48 hours after your order has been placed. Check the status by clicking on the Order Status link. From here, you will be able to view information about your orders (s).
I need to cancel my order. What do I do?
Cancellation Policy: We will accept cancellations if your product has not shipped yet or is not already packaged and ready for UPS pickup. Please call 888-924-4846 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will reply back within 1 business day. You may also reference our Policies page for more information on which items qualify to be canceled.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and GoogleCheckout.
Do you ship to international addresses?
At this time, Camouflage Bedding Shop can send purchases only to street addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. However, packages containing liquids cannot be sent to Alaska or Hawaii. Camouflage Bedding Shop does not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, or to U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico or Guam.
Do you have a store that I can go into?
We are an e-tailer only, we do not have any physical store locations.
Do you charge sales tax?
We only charge sales tax for orders shipping in Washington state. The rate is 8.6%.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Yes, we use a secure socket layer (SSL) software that is industry standard for e-commerce transactions and is best software today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts your credit card number so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet.
How do I use gift certificates/coupons?
If you have a gift certificate, you will enter it during checkout in the gift certificate/coupon field. Once entered, the amount on the gift certificate will be deducted from your total amount of purchase. If the gift certificate amount is more than the total you are purchasing, the additional amount available will remain on that same gift certificate/coupon code. We can not refund gift certificates once purchased.
Are the colors as I see them on my monitor the actual colors?
We make every attempt to portray the colors as they actually are; however, every monitor does vary.
How long until my order ships?
Generally, your order will be processed and shipped within 2-14 business days. Occasionally, due to back-orders or other unforeseen circumstances, it may take longer, in which case we will notify you. Once your order is en route, you will be able to track it with the tracking number we provide you.
Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same box?
Some products are shipped from our warehouse, while others come directly from the manufacturer. This may result in multiple packages for a single order.
